Surveying the condition of a cathedral spire or a roof of a historical building to assess its structural integrity can be time consuming and costly, when erecting scaffolding and using cherry pickers. Using drones however, you can get a quick overview of the condition of the most inaccessible areas of the building and use the data to create a 3d model to assist in any renovation or extension work required.
Creating a perfect canvas for the Royal Bank of Scotland brand, their 11.431 m2 customer-facing facility is a landmark building on the edge of the Spinningfields development in Manchester. Referred to as the Canary Wharf of Manchester, the unashamedly modern grade A office accommodation creates a real presence on to Deansgate and the Spinningfields Square.
Over the last decade Spinningfields has evolved to become the home for over 165 commercial organisations.The commercial building on No. 3 Hardman Street houses offices for General Medical Council, Deloite and DMF, as well as retail outlets and ground floor underground parking. Inverdee House is an extensive project commissioned by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA). The building created a new office for SEPA and it’s laboratories and also for Scottish Natural Heritage and Joint Nature Conservation Committee. The intention in the design of this building was to reduce the impact on the environment through best practices of sustainable design and construction methods. The resulting building achieved a BREEAM excellent rating and an EPC A rating.
