Building Surveyors
Building surveyors are involved in the design, construction and management of real estate assets. Like all surveyors they inspect property or land for following attributes:
Building pathology – identifying and developing solutions to building failures through practical construction knowledge
Design – Preparing conceptual and technical design proposals through innovative problem solving
Project management – Managing the design and delivery of construction projects.
Building surveys – Preparing accurate and detailed condition surveys of existing buildings
