Our experience with hotels covers the length and breath of UK from the Scottish castle hotels to modern apartment hotels and well-known hotel chains. Typically we are asked to provide project management,a s well as both structural and civil engineering design services to new builds, extensions to the existing facilities, upgrades and refurbishments. We have also developed a few modular solutions for hotels, such as St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London, enabling to build faster and more cost-effectively, as well as reduce the build’s carbon footprint.
