INDUSTRIAL

Sustainable building methods continue to influence construction both in developing as well as developed worlds, with global green building doubling in every three years.

In 2018, 60% of the build projects are expected to be green, which demonstrates positive financial impact of a sustainable design. They are also expected to meet prescribed minimum energy performance standards, which indicates that structure needs to adapt to meet the changing demands of the environment.

We at Atom are fired up by biomimicry inspired design, learning from the best teacher- nature. Will hexagonal design inspired by bees be the next blueprint for efficient build using mathematical precision? Will future industrial buildings be customisable for rapid erection/demolition/adaptation to changing requirements and able to accommodate robot picker/packers? Well we’ve been around long enough to understand that key to survival is adaptation, hence we will continue to evolve towards a more sustainable future for us all.
