SERVICES
The services Chartered Structural and Civil Engineers offer range from the deepest foundation to the highest superstructure. The key benefit we hope to provide to our clients is to optimise the balance between the capital and maintenance costs. Structural Engineer selection is highly critical to the success of the entire project; to save a small percentage, perhaps 1% or less of project cost, is not worthwhile, considering the potential risks, hence hiring someone with 20+ years of experience, with in- house, local knowledge, is of tremendous value.
We are especially well-versed in all aspects of Building Information Modelling (BIM), and have contributed to Autodesk Train The Trainer Programmes, as well as written software user manuals. Needless to say, BIM is not a challenge for us- we live and breathe it every day!
ALL SERVICES
Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a collaborative environment for a digital representation of a building, an information bank, which brings together every detail about every component of the building from cradle to cradle, in one place, makes this info accessible to all relevant parties, allows for design modifications to be made in real time, model issues recorded, tracked and mitigated throughout the entire construction process.
As Project Managers, Considering that we are Chartered Civil & Structural Engineers, the type of Project Management we offer is CPM (Construction Project Management), with the special affinity towards Food Industry Project Management. CPM in short entails the overall planning, co-ordination, and control of a project from beginning to completion.
Civil Engineers, in simple terms, turn ideas into physical things we can all use and enjoy, such as bridges, dams, canals, electricity centres, skyscrapers, schools, roads, railways, airports and train stations. From the Great Wall of China to the Hanging Gardens of Babylon- the structures that stand the test of time are testament to their creativity and determination.
Building Surveyors
Building surveyors are involved in the design, construction and management of real estate assets. Like all surveyors they inspect property or land for following attributes:
You know that perfect moment when the stars align, a choir sings, and art and science become one? That’s structural engineering.
